Mission
Deel is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of key projects within your program. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Deel’s platform.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, functional departments and other relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Utilize basic SQL and data skills to analyze project metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
Proactively initiate and drive improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager at a high-growth tech company.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Technical background with basic SQL and data skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results and a "get things done" attitude.
