The Opportunity.

Hexaware's Data & AI Practice is its fastest-growing practice and a designated growth engine for the organisation.

Our Data & AI practitioners wake up every day to bring together the potential of data and the power of AI to help clients create business value, across industries, working with some of the biggest organisations in the world.

We are on the lookout for a Data & AI Lead to lead one of our platinum accounts.

Our ideal candidates should be passionate about data & AI, have a deep understanding of the relevant technologies, and be excited to work on the leading edge of these technologies.

You will have the opportunity to work, lead, and gain exposure to clients across North America the UK and Europe.

You must possess.

Possess 15-20 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.

Experience as a Delivery Lead with Data & AI technical skills.

Proven data technical leadership to provide direction in areas such as Data Strategy, Database Management, Data Warehousing, Data Migrations, Enterprise Data Platforms, Reporting, Analytics, Data Science and AI.

Demonstrated ability to create Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients aligned with their enterprise strategy.

The ability to lead data & AI practitioners and provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on cloud, using industry best practices.

Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.

Ability to quickly manage and troubleshoot any escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery.

Work closely with the delivery, pre-sales as well as vertical account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.

Good to have.

Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences.

Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.

Engage with clients effectively, build strong business networks, and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Capacity to manage unexpected situations.

Understanding of the Agile methodology for development and execution.

Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.

Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent.

Adept at recruiting top-tier Data & AI practitioners.

Familiarity with the business landscape in North America.

Willing to travel up to 10 to 20% of the time.
