Requirements
  • Possess 15-20 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling.
  • Experience as a Delivery Lead with Data & AI technical skills.
  • Proven data technical leadership to provide direction in areas such as Data Strategy, Database Management, Data Warehousing, Data Migrations, Enterprise Data Platforms, Reporting, Analytics, Data Science and AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to create Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients aligned with their enterprise strategy.
  • The ability to lead data & AI practitioners and provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on cloud, using industry best practices.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.
  • Ability to quickly manage and troubleshoot any escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery.
  • Work closely with the delivery, pre-sales as well as vertical account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead one of Hexaware's platinum accounts within the Data & AI practice.
  • Provide data & AI delivery leadership and direction across data strategy, data management, data warehousing, migrations, enterprise data platforms, reporting, analytics, data science and AI.
  • Create Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients aligned with their enterprise strategy.
  • Lead data & AI practitioners and provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on cloud, using industry best practices.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery quickly.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, vertical account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences.
  • Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.
  • Engage with clients effectively, build strong business networks, and play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Capacity to manage unexpected situations.
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology for development and execution.
  • Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent.
  • Adept at recruiting top-tier Data & AI practitioners.
  • Familiarity with the business landscape in North America.
  • Willing to travel up to 10 to 20% of the time.
