  • Work with the OM creative team, including creative directors, copywriters, visual designers, video content creators, photographers, illustrators, developers, and project managers
  • Help create concepts and copy to support brand and business initiatives such as new market and office launches, seasonal campaigns, and new product and service launches
  • Write copy for a wide range of media, including (but not limited to) digital, print, OOH, and experiential executions and collateral systems
  • Express the One Medical mission, voice, and personality with consistency and nuance
  • Work on projects that require you to understand, untangle, ideate, and execute work for each audience and marketing goal, ensuring that our copywriting is functional as well as elegant and resonant
  • Develop messaging frameworks that can be used across the One Medical brand
  • Contribute to our efforts to improve and innovate brand storytelling
  • Provide, receive, and implement feedback that advances the resonance of our brand voice and copywriting practice
  • Present your work to senior stakeholders and colleagues
  • 3-5 years of copywriting experience for leading consumer brands and/or agencies
  • Experience supporting integrated and multi-channel digital marketing programs
  • The ability to harness consumer insights and strategic priorities to inform your work
  • Comfortable working concurrently on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ambition to embrace the ambiguity of the creative process, propose solutions that may be “off brief”, and consistently inspire your creative teammates and One Medical audiences in every copywriting challenge
  • Experience working and collaborating with teams via Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite, Monday.com preferred
