We are looking for a Head of Talent to take ownership of our recruitment efforts and help us scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance our employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain the best talent to support our growth. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Austin, Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, define job requirements, and implement customized recruitment strategies for each role.
- Source top talent through targeted outreach, leveraging job boards, professional networks, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance SafeLease’s employer brand by crafting job descriptions, updating career pages, and driving candidate-facing content that reflects our culture and values.
- Represent SafeLease at career fairs, networking events, and conferences to build awareness and attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring each touchpoint reflects SafeLease’s professionalism and culture.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive improvements and streamline the hiring process.
- Stay informed on market trends and best practices to continuously refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day recruitment tasks.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage candidates and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, eager to roll up your sleeves and drive results.
