Requirements
  • Active clearance and U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for position)
  • 10+ years of experience providing support to a government program including employee engagement, development, and/or training
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Ability to brief senior level clients
  • Flexibility and willingness to shift based on the clients’ developing needs
Responsibilities
  • Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to and briefing Senior Leadership on progress and accomplishments
  • Help develop and implement workforce development processes, content, and training materials
  • Support adjacent efforts for employee engagement, including mentorship programs
  • Testing training materials for suitability for the client workforce
  • Coordinate and brief colleagues and internal partners to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations
  • Review, edit, and update written products on an ongoing basis with high attention to detail
