Responsibilities
  • Build and own our early-career hiring strategy: Internships, new grad roles, and long-term talent pipelines
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, and close top-tier intern and new grad candidates across multiple functions
  • Build strong university and community relationships with target schools, labs, faculty, and student organizations
  • Create high-impact, engaging events: go beyond career fairs—think hackathons, founder AMAs, student club partnerships, and social content drops
  • Run high-impact internship programs: From onboarding and events to evaluations and conversion offers
  • Use data to guide decisions: Track conversion rates, event ROI, diversity funnel health, etc.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer and onboarding
