Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to the Regional FC
  • Responsible for raising of AR invoices for related entities
  • Processing AP purchase invoices, staff expenses and company credit cards on a regular basis as well as preparation of payment runs for relevant entities
  • Responsible for monthly management accounts of APAC & EMEA entities inclusive of Balance sheet supporting schedules
  • Responsible for monthly P&L variance analysis vs. budget / forecast
  • Responsible for cost reporting (T&E, staff costs, etc) on a monthly basis
  • Support FP&A team in production of annual divisional budgets and forecasts
  • Daily management of relevant accounts email inboxes, dealing with all emails as necessary and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Point of contact for company bank accounts and credit cards
  • Short term cashflow forecasting
  • Support Regionals FC with ad hoc requirements as needed
