Requirements
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally, in writing, and within presentations and demonstrations to C level executives within our client base.
  • Foundational knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise grade CMS systems.
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, or 2+ years of implementation experience with a CMS or Cloud based digital experience solution.
Responsibilities
  • Lead engagements with our largest and most innovative customers.
  • Participate in and lead deep-dive architectural discussions, including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager or Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Build complex software demos showcasing advanced-level use cases in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Educate customers on all integration options, including both native and custom APIs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners—Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers—to better understand prevalent customer issues and opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly while independently executing complex strategies leading to a technical win.
  • Ability to guide and recommend deployment architectures, sizing, communicate development lifecycle, tooling, and standard methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (actual amount may be less).
