Responsibilities
  • Accept incoming calls for patients who have learned about NuvoAir services
  • Provide more information about our care
  • Schedule appointments for patients for our providers
  • Send additional information to patients (email content, text appt reminders)
  • Outreach patients/ follow-up on patients who needed more information or time to schedule
  • Utilize our Portal and EHR system
