Requirements
  • Experience working in or with public pensions specifically is a plus, but is not required.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn are critical.
  • Excellent verbal, written, research and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate complexity with simplicity.
  • Strategic thinker with strong judgement.

  • Proficient in excel with the ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively within a team, as well as independently.

Responsibilities
  • Working with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects focusing on public pension strategy and sales.
  • Coordinating group investor meetings including roadshows.
  • Support market research and analysis.
  • Writing and visual presentation creation in collaboration with our content team.
  • Speaking engagement preparation.
  • Working closely with the firm’s investment professionals, marketing, and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions.
  • Responsible for creating and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandums and presentations.
  • Coordinating with regional sales teams in growing public pension engagement and sales.
  • Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows and conferences.
  • Customizing marketing materials and talking points for upcoming meetings.
  • Compiling market data and incorporating market research into investor presentation materials, white papers and publishable articles.
  • Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information.
