Spring Health is looking for a 2023 Summer Intern to provide quality technology support under the direct supervision of the Manager, IT Support. Student Interns are exposed to technologies and tasks that prepare their technology skills and work habits for future IT careers. By the end of your internship, you will deliver a workforce-facing video presentation on Jira Service Management which will be used to assist with onboarding new employees. 

What You’ll be Doing:

• Shadow Sr. Support Engineers to learn and apply troubleshooting for common, basic tickets such as password resets, account creation, etc. 
• Learning how to triage tickets from start to finish, including how to escalate up for additional support 
• Creating knowledge base articles for standard operating procedures
• Assist with preparing accounts and equipment for new hires 
• Assist with various software installs
• Assist with supporting small/medium/large meetings formats
• Assist with projects with IT Systems Engineering team

Goals of the Internship:

• Learn some of the many facets of Information Technology
• Hands-on learning experience in the technology arena
• Learn how to work with different types of personalities
• Develop leadership skills and become role models for other students

What we expect from you: 

• 0-2 years of professional development experience
• Know or open to learning macOS, iOS, Windows, and/or Android
• Bonus points for being knowledgeable with Google Workspace
• Bonus points for being knowledgeable with Slack
• Bonus points for being knowledgeable with Jamf
• Bonus points for being knowledgeable in Okta
• Bonus points for being knowledgeable in Jira Service Management
• Curious about learning new things

The target salary range for this position is $48/hr - $55/hr, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
