Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree; Completed degree(s) from an institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Admissions/Enrollment management
  • At least 2 years of Regional (of- multi-campus) Admissions management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and other computer-based tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable, bringing a positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Establishes and implements a strategic, comprehensive enrollment plan for the college and its various related components, to include Admissions, Student Services and Student Financial Aid.
  • Direct and oversees the development of recruiting strategies and enrollment programs to enhance student-institution fit and successful student transition to the college.
  • Directs and oversees the establishment, development, and enhancement of divisional operations and services to internal and external constituencies.
  • Represents and promotes divisional programs, services, and initiatives to Internal and external constituencies and the general public, as appropriate.
  • Plans, develops, and implements strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the organization.
  • Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; oversees recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of unit staff; as well as company/institutional best practices.
  • Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement. Develops and manages annual budgets for the Admissions department and/or organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analysis.
