  • Develops Cloudflare’s global benefits strategy and programs
  • Lead design, oversight, and administration of North American benefits strategy and programs
  • Manage vendors, broker relationships, regulatory and policy compliance, internal and external audits, and system automation
  • Manage Benefits Analysts and contractors who support the North American benefits programs
  • Drive the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of company benefits programs
  • Coordinate with brokers/vendors on renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, and survey participation
  • Lead 401(k) Plan governance activities
  • Lead and drive an effective employee benefits communication strategy
  • Ensure programs and issues are managed and administered effectively
  • Prepare and present analyses, materials, and recommendations to senior leadership
