Allbirds sells directly to consumers through its website and select retail locations, allowing for competitive pricing and control over the customer experience. A key differentiator for Allbirds is its commitment to sustainability; they measure and aim to reduce the carbon footprint of their products, with their shoes emitting significantly less CO2 compared to the average sneaker. Additionally, Allbirds emphasizes comfort, claiming to offer some of the most comfortable shoes available, and provides a 30-day trial period for customer satisfaction. The company's goal is to achieve zero carbon emissions while providing high-quality, eco-friendly footwear.
