Procare HR connects multiple HR, payroll, scheduling, and care systems used in senior living to create a single source of truth for people data. It works by linking these data sources, converting different formats into a common set of records, and syncing updates so managers can access consistent information from one place. This makes it easier to run reports and dashboards that span all systems without manual data reconciliation. Unlike more general HR tools, Procare HR is focused on the senior living sector and aims to support staffing, regulatory compliance, and resident-care workflows. The goal is to help teams make data-driven staffing decisions, reduce administrative time, and improve care quality by having accurate, up-to-date information across systems.
