Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • 0 to 2 years of applicable work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Support discovery activities by documenting business challenges and exploring where artificial intelligence can drive value.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, usage metrics, and insights that support business operations and strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and adoption of artificial-intelligence-enabled capabilities.
  • Assist in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for new artificial-intelligence-related features or enhancements.
  • Attend product meetings and assist with documenting stakeholder needs, prioritizing requirements, and clarifying goals.
  • Help maintain product backlogs and roadmap documentation in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Track performance metrics, collect user feedback, and participate in testing to validate feature effectiveness.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development, roadmaps, and user story writing.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence or emerging technologies through coursework, research, or internships.
  • Experience leading people and processes.
