Responsibilities

  • Contributes innovative ideas specific to oncology marketing strategies that challenge the status quo and enhance patient and healthcare provider engagement.
  • Leads creative teams to execute high-quality oncology-focused campaigns, providing feedback and oversight to ensure alignment with the client’s therapeutic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees the creation of concept roughs and develops compelling, professional presentations tailored to oncology campaigns, effectively communicating the vision to clients.
  • Ensures all creative work reflects a deep understanding of the oncology treatment category and communicates the client’s message with precision and impact.
  • Manages and mentors direct reports across oncology brands, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and professional growth.

Desired Qualifications
