  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or technical marketing with 3+ years experience managing a team
  • Experience working with revenue teams towards pipeline and revenue targets and/or relevant sales experience
  • Proven record of running a fast-paced, team, taking initiative, leading projects, crafting strategies, and building field-facing content
  • Executive presence that translates into building credibility with revenue leaders and customers, as well as the ability to go deep on product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to build a scalable strategy, drive cross-functional team alignment, navigate ambiguity and get things done
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, business acumen, storytelling skills, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Expert at project management with the confidence to lead new projects and the ability to unify diverse teams towards a common goal
  • Ability to work across the entire organization, from executive staff to individual contributors to drive rapid, cross-functional projects and deliverables
Responsibilities
  • Work with revenue teams to identify sales opportunities, areas for growth and industry trends to capitalize on. Demonstrates deep understanding of our market and customers
  • Responsible for designing & running enablement programs that demonstrate the value prop of Clari products and solutions. Teach our GTM teams to deliver a targeted, relevant message to the right audience. Be the in-house expert on Clari's products, buyers, influencers, competitors, industries, etc
  • Act as the bridge between marketing and sales; tailor our product, solution company content to meet the needs of specific industries, segments and audiences. Create the high-quality decks, emails, assets, plays, etc. our revenue teams use with prospects and customers
  • Think like a GM to focus on how to improve metrics like awareness, win rate, pipeline, cross-sell revenue, and customer retention. Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to influence future product and pricing initiatives
  • Bring marketing, growth, programs, value engineering, competitive, content and events teams together to focus on actionable programs that drive revenue growth. Develop scalable and repeatable processes & internal comms to sellers
  • Be a spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader with prospects, customers, and partners. Work with leaders to create executive-level presentations
