Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics, Communications, navigation systems, Information Technology/Networking or other related field
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, etc., for all system computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks and displays
  • Being proactive to ensure accurate operations of all systems, performing troubleshooting and repairs as necessary
  • Support C4N integration, troubleshooting, repair planning, testing
  • Ensure all installation is done appropriately
  • Field support at ACU/NBU locations as required
  • Develop and maintain professional, results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWG’s reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication, timely response, and issue resolution
  • Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk, resolve performance issues, and uphold FWG’s record of quality and reliability
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
  • Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
