ABOUT THIS POSITION:
INflow Federal is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our team! Are you passionate about engineering cutting-edge solutions and optimizing system performance? INflow is looking for dedicated Engineers to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to design, deploy, and support advanced technologies. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and ensuring robust, secure infrastructure for our customer.
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with at least 8 years of engineering experience and at least 3 years of recent systems engineering specific experience GEOINT and geospatial data. The ideal candidate will provide system engineering support on large-scale systems, major system elements, and/or interfacing systems, and provide overall system engineering expertise in the architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, network design and/or implementation or testing for the program.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed system architecture/concept of operations briefings, generate systems requirements, and develop other system documentation.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interface with the following groups: software development, testing, integration, deployment, and sustainment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline, and 8 year(s) related experience or equivalent experience, training, and/or certifications
- Strong understanding of NSG Standards for Electro-Optical (EO) and/or Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) data
- Experience evaluating provided sample GEOINT data and its conformance to NSG Standards
- Experience participating in product development working groups (PDWG) to provide feedback and identify formal redlines to update technical specifications
- Experience navigating and evaluating potential system changes as a result of updates to system interface changes
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment
- Ability to develop improved methods to increase program efficiency
- Ability to negotiate effectively with higher level managers, functional managers, customers, industry partners, and teammates
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- 5+ years of system architecture experience with enterprise software systems
Desired Skills
- Experience reviewing NSG Standards ISO/IEC Joint BIIF Profile (JBP), STDI-0002, and BPJ2K01.20, NGA.STND.0044
- Experience evaluating provided sample data and its conformance to NSG Standards including but not limited to the NSGPDD Base document and associated product-specific Addendums, and the Compendium of Commercial Requirements Documents (STDI-0006) and associated volumes for NITF 2.1 Electro-Optical (EO) and Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) datasets
- Experience participating in product development working groups (PDWG) to provide feedback and identify formal redlines to update technical specifications such as the NSGPDD Addenda
- Experience navigating and evaluating potential system changes as a result of updates to system interface changes such as the IF500EAA
- Experience with GEOINT Vector data and a strong understanding of existing and future use cases in the enterprise
- Experience with curating or executing GEOINT analyst workflows, specifically ABI tradecraft
- Strong understanding of TCPED intelligence lifecycle

- Active DoD Top Secret (willing to obtain SCI)
