Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a design-related field such as UX/UI, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in web user experience/user interface and digital content management.
  • A portfolio showcasing desktop and mobile web experiences, redesign projects, landing pages, UX improvements, and visual design systems.
  • Experience managing and elevating large-scale, consumer-facing websites, including multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with major website redesign or rebuild projects.
  • Mastery of typography, layout, spacing, color systems, modern interaction patterns, mobile-first design, and responsive design.
  • Ability to interpret web analytics and engagement metrics, including GA4, funnels, click-through rate, scroll depth, and behavior patterns, to inform UX and content decisions.
  • Strong skills in Figma for wireframes, UX flows, and design review.
  • Experience working with external user experience, design, and development agencies.
  • Strong content management system experience with WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for customer-facing digital content.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-brand websites and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end UX/UI quality for TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa websites by defining page layouts, interaction patterns, navigation structures, and consistency standards across sites.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications that guide development teams on visual and functional requirements.
  • Lead large-scale website redesign projects, including scope, information architecture, UX strategy, and rollout.
  • Review and approve agency deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, usability principles, and business objectives.
  • Enforce visual guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, component usage, and content structure across web pages to maintain brand consistency.
  • Oversee website content updates for product pages, campaigns, landing pages, and support content.
  • Conduct UX audits, track user behavior, and analyze data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor website performance and engagement metrics and create data-backed recommendations to improve user engagement, content effectiveness, and conversion pathways.
  • Maintain and evolve internal documentation, including UX guidelines, component usage rules, content governance standards, and workflows.
Desired Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to evaluate feasibility.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization fundamentals or web performance optimization.
