Requirements
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in product management or similar responsibilities.
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative in previous roles; ability to work with team members to drive elegant solutions for complex problems on tight timelines.
  • Proven understanding of complex backend systems and micro-frontend applications.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable giving presentations to large groups and senior management.
  • Ability to deeply understand the technical capabilities of the product to independently assess viability of new features and what is feasible within budget.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing roadmaps.
Responsibilities
  • Create detailed customer requirements in both Epic and User Stories, schedule release timelines, and manage sprints appropriately.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure feature launches deliver high value and end to end functionality to our players.
  • Own and manage feature documentation, working closely with support personnel to enable self-service support.
  • Champion evidence-based decision making and strong communication skills.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog while monitoring and improving team velocity.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure we are delivering the right solution at the right time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Managing account creation and login, preferably for a game or platform
  • Account fraud prevention
  • Working with global teams
  • Legal / Compliance Regulations
  • Scrum Alliance Certifications (CSM, CSPO, CSP, etc.) or PMI Certifications (PMP, ACP, etc.)
