Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Proficiency in database management and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a customized customer database (training provided), including campaign set up, data entry and cleansing, as well as tracking of results from marketing efforts. Ability to use Excel to sort customer data with tools including vlookup, pivot tables etc. is required.
  • Support in customer response to marketing campaigns (recording changes in databases, trafficking responses, fielding telephone calls, supplying information to customers, correspondence)
  • Contribute to the analysis of marketing campaigns, attendance projections, and conference audience demographics; develop projections and suggestions for future campaigns
  • Help manage detailed executive relations event schedules working with each department (Marketing, Production, Programming and Client Services) to ensure event timelines and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to execute projects (mail houses, telemarketing firms) project management planning and tracking.
