Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Account Managers/Creative Team & Resource Manager to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner
  • Keep projects on track during the transition through proofing process with internal and external teams, being aware of final due dates on projects
  • Perform all quality control for the studio ensuring the following all final deliverables are of perfect quality and all files pass control specifications set by us for publication/printing
  • Check to see if the job completed by the studio meets all requirements
  • Help Account Managers/production team to ensure that all files are of a suitable quality to work with at the start of the campaign or project
  • Monitor the quality of all work produced in studio
  • Provide support to the content team in keeping a log of mistakes and help devise ways to stop the errors in future
  • Make sure all operators file and name work correctly including the artists adhere to the appropriate workflows for any project
  • BA Degree (English or Writing preferable)
  • Advertising agency or design firm experience strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of QC and proofreading experience
  • Customer service skills with 2 years of experience working in a role that works with different agency teams i.e. creative, account
  • Written and interpersonal skills, prior experience working as part of creative team, someone used to the flow of work at an agency
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Keen knowledge of grammar
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to check all material types produced for specific brands
  • Ability to work with the teams to ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines
  • 2 years prior experience taking direction and working with account management
  • Must be able to use AdobePro (provided) and Mark-up all materials digitally
  • Must work West Coast (PDT) office hours
