We currently have a career opportunity for a Video Editor to join our team located in St. Louis, MO. This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 2 days per week in our office in STL.
We are currently looking for a highly detailed, organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Video Editor supporting Perficient branded assets. The role will report directly to the Multimedia Marketing Manager and will work closely with internal stakeholders in developing video, graphics, and other assets for Perficient. You’ll play a key role in shaping Perficient’s visual identity across social media,marketing campaigns, sales materials, and internal communications. Your work will help bring our brand to life and captivate our audience.

- A strong creative portfolio & up-to-date reel – Online portfolio required.
- A natural eye for design, showcased in your video and motion graphic projects.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to collaborate effectively via Outlook, Teams, and Asana.
- Solid project and time management skills – Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic photography skills are a plus.
- Experience with PowerPoint is a plus.

Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in multi-media production including but not limited to; video editing, videography, sound design, color correction, graphic design, and photography.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects)
- Deep understanding of video formats, compression standards, aspect ratios, frame rates, and HD post-production workflows.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range base for this position is $50,000-60,000. - Conceptualize, design, and produce video content aligned with Perficient’s brand standards.
- Capture and edit video content for explainer videos, promotional materials, company culture highlights, sales enablement, and shareable social media assets.
- Craft engaging videos using a mix of stock and raw footage, motion design, sound design, and music.
- Create eye-catching social media graphics and animations that drive engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, video, multimedia, and AI—regularly bringing fresh, innovative ideas to our content strategy by exploring emerging tools and technologies that enhance creativity and efficiency.
