  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies, or a related field
  • 1 year of professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, fiscal or economic research, management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research, program evaluation, personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management with a large public or private concern; or
  • Baccalaureate degree and 3 years of professional experience in the areas mentioned above
Responsibilities
  • Scoping high-quality pedestrian ramp reconstruction projects
  • Creating presentations and reports
  • Tracking and updating project statuses and schedules
  • Working closely with other DOT divisions and agencies
  • Representing the agency at public meetings and events
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by the Planning Director
