  • Translate the Private Brands vision into a robust pipeline of new products and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive product innovation using consumer insights, market data, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Present clear, data-backed product strategies to senior management to secure buy-in and alignment
  • Develop and execute product development strategies that align with overarching category goals and deliver measurable business results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Category Managers, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of product launches
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize sourcing, Products, and production efficiency
  • Coach and mentor up to two team members, fostering professional growth and alignment with business objectives
  • Provide leadership in developing innovative and consumer-driven solutions
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, gross profit, and market share
  • Leverage data analysis tools to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with consumer research teams to gather actionable insights into customer preferences and emerging trends
  • Drive sustainable and cost-effective packaging innovations that align with consumer needs and environmental considerations
