Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B experience creating and managing leads and pipeline in marketing/business development/sales
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare tech and/or selling in to health plans
  • Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Travel: 10%-15%
Responsibilities
  • Create and execute engaging and compelling customized omnichannel outreach via email sequences, LinkedIn messages/videos, and phone calls
  • Conduct research on leads and target accounts using multiple tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, company websites, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Identify broader buying committees in target accounts, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities where our solutions meet their needs
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute the reporting cadence to keep the organization updated on lead gen initiatives
  • A/B test various messaging elements and develop a robust outreach library of tested and verified outreach content, templates, sequences, and campaigns
  • Have meaningful conversations with the lead, qualify them, and convert them into an opportunity, working in concert with the Sales team on next steps
