Think big - identify new media and marketing opportunities and innovations to further drive brand efficiency, quality leads and opportunities for Toyota dealers in the Southeast Region. Then build activation plans and partner with marketing leadership to bring these new strategies to life.
Research new marketing technologies, capabilities and media partners. Meet with marketing leaders across industries to identify new methods and strategies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Use data, insights, industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging cultural moments to identify marketing opportunities for the company.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing leadership team to seamlessly integrate and report on strategies, campaigns and creative. Align on analytics to set campaign level KPIs laddering back to key business objectives.
Partner with the performance marketing team on measurement, attribution, and building target audiences.
Identify efficient ways to measure Tier 2 media’s impact on the company’s business goals.
Optimize existing processes to improve alignment, communication, and marketing agility.
Collaborate with National brand media teams to ensure alignment with brand playbooks and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 10+ years of high-level strategic marketing experience
Media and Digital Agency experience required including digital media planning and buying expertise
At least 5+ years of team leadership experience
Automotive industry experience a plus
Advanced knowledge of concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing marketing strategies across traditional and digital media channels, with a strong grasp of current marketing tools for attribution, measurement, and ROI.
Advanced ability to translate short- and long-range business plans to impactful strategic marketing plans and programs, along with strong financial awareness to translate a strategy into a financial plan.
Advanced ability to communicate marketing strategies to internal subject matter experts to aid them in plan and program execution
Advanced understanding of, and experience related to, leveraging first party data into actionable marketing strategies. Demonstrated track record of creating and implementing these strategies through internal team members and external partners.
Advanced leadership and management capabilities, including goal setting, performance coaching, team leadership, corrective action, and successful collaboration with leadership colleagues and associates at all levels
