- Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Operating System problem tickets
- Must have a valid driving license and be able to travel; mileage charges will be reimbursed
- OS troubleshooting, imaging, and build experience
- Experience configuring and installing common applications and installing/removing desktop PCs and monitors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 10 piloting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with clients
- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft Operating System problem tickets
- Configure and install common applications
- Install and remove desktop computers and monitors
- Perform operating system troubleshooting, imaging, and build processes
- Maintain positive client interactions through verbal and written communication
- Handle remote takeover tasks when required
- Remote takeover skills are a plus
- Experience with Outlook Personal Folders files (.pst)
