Responsibilities
Be accountable for the end-to-end implementation of new MES products in-line with business needs:
- Lead the regional MES delivery team in collaboration with the enterprise product team to ensure delivery, maintenance, change execution, and optimization of PAS-X core software, SAP Interface, and electronic manufacturing batch records.
- Develop and execute a maintenance plan to ensure continuous process improvement and align change execution windows with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the MES Product team to execute a multi-year, multi-site strategic roadmap for MES.
- Work with sites and disciplines to ensure production process understanding across major products and drive implementation standards and delivery roadmap.
- Collaborate with System Integration partners, manage vendor relationships, and enable fit-for-purpose MES data integration strategies.
- Works within a cross-functional squad to clarify requirements & delivery expectations with business stakeholders
- Helps squads rapidly and iteratively deliver digital solutions that adds value to the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in IT discipline or STEM (or equivalent qualification)
- 3+ years’ experience MES Delivery Lead role
- 3+ years’ Experience working in cross functional teams.
- Experience deploying and testing SAP/MES Interfaces
- Experience deploying and supporting Kroeber Pas-X platform.
- Experience deploying electronic Batch Record
- Experience in biologic manufacturing
- Experience in different delivery methods (Agile, traditional) in large organizations
- Knowledge of Agile Values, principles & practices
