At least five to seven years of experience in a related field
At least three years of supervisory or lead experience
Pre-employment drug screening is required

Developing and maintaining customer relations
Overseeing the operational costs and service center profitability
Overseeing the scheduling of work in the shop
Overseeing the closing of repair orders and parts tickets
Handle customer complaints
Dealer relations
Service work contracts
Warranty claim processing and claim payment receipts
Personnel management to include recruitment and selection, professional training and development, employee relations, and performance management
