Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience running an automotive service or parts department is required
  • People oriented, earn customers and employee’s loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
  • Ability to build strong teams and lead by example
  • Desire to recruit, coach, train and mentor service staff to exceed their goals

Responsibilities
  • Set a clear vision and goals for the Service & Parts Department to achieve targeted performance
  • Coach, develop, engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
  • Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service & Parts Department
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
  • Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
  • Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
  • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
  • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
