This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!

Requirements

Job duties included, but not limited to:

• Set up and operate laminating machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor the lamination process to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on laminating equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience:

• Prior machine operator experience preferred
