  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the CEO is on time for meetings and calls, providing reminders and updates.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies, including drinks, snacks, IT-related items, and other necessities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and scanning checks, and mailing to appropriate recipients.
  • Coordinate office lunch ordering and cater lunches for various meetings.
  • Manage parking garage requests and allocations.
  • Provide support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO’s EA.
