Requirements
  • At least 7 years’ experience as a software engineer with significant programming experience in Go and Python
  • Masters in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics highly desired
  • Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming design concepts
  • At least 3 years’ experience in developing solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes and their technologies (Lambda functions, SNS/SQS etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in cloud software development, AI/ML technology, including deep learning, time series modeling, natural language processing, and unsupervised learning
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record in Generative AI technology and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Strong knowledge of databases SQL, NoSQL, Time series, GraphDB etc.
  • Experience building RESTful API services
  • Experience with Azure strongly desired but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in developing large-scale, complex models and deploying them in production systems, as well as large-scale data processing and parallel computing – GPU, multi-GPU and distributed training
  • Willing to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA HQ with 10-15% travel
Responsibilities
  • Work with the leadership team to build awareness and alignment to accelerate the rollout and adoption of AI technologies
  • Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the portfolio, and at all levels of the organization
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence
  • Collaborate with fellow technical leaders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of AI/ML models
  • Help identify and mitigate risks in plans and executions, especially at the intersection of business and engineering
  • Communicate with engineering, data, and customer success teams, integrating their contributions into user-facing products
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs to maintain product quality and performance
