  • Work experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
  • Education: BA/BS/MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Track record: Demonstrated history of shipping payment features or integrations with measurable business impact.
  • Tools: Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools; comfort working with technical documentation and API-level concepts.
  • Payments familiarity: Experience working on or alongside payment systems — including concepts such as ACH, wire transfers, credit card processing, net terms, automated billing, or reconciliation; depth in some areas is valued over breadth in all.
  • Integration experience: Hands-on experience managing third-party payment platform integrations such as Stripe, GetBalance, NetSuite, or comparable vendors.
  • Technical fluency: Ability to read API documentation, understand system architecture tradeoffs, and collaborate closely with engineering teams on complex integration decisions.
  • Data-driven decision making: Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing payment data, and using insights to drive prioritization and product decisions.
  • Requirements definition: Strong ability to write detailed PRDs and manage technical backlogs with minimal oversight.
  • Risk awareness: Comfortable working with cross-functional partners — finance, legal, operations — to identify and navigate fraud, compliance, and reconciliation considerations in complex B2B environments.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for PRDs, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Independence: Can work autonomously within a strategic framework, make sound product decisions, and deliver results consistently.
Responsibilities
  • Lead product work across payments: Drive discovery, prioritization, and execution for payment systems including invoicing, disbursements, automated billing, and payment method infrastructure — while staying flexible to take on adjacent product areas as needs evolve.
  • Lead third-party integrations: Manage the full lifecycle of integrations with payment vendors such as Stripe, GetBalance, NetSuite, and future partners — from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
  • Drive key metrics: Define, track, and continuously improve payment-related KPIs including Time to Pay, payment success rates, and failure/chargeback rates.
  • Define requirements: Translate complex financial and technical requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Identify and mitigate risk: Proactively surface and address risks related to fraud, payment compliance, and reconciliation gaps before they become customer-facing issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, operations, and account management to resolve integration challenges and ship reliable payment features.
  • Build payments fluency: Develop strong working knowledge of payment flows, reconciliation processes, and vendor capabilities to effectively represent the domain in cross-functional discussions.
  • Support enterprise clients: Partner with account management and engineering to manage payment-related client migrations and technical onboarding with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Clearly articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and feature rationale to leadership, engineering, and client-facing teams across all areas you support.
  • Stay current: Keep up with product best practices, payment industry trends, emerging vendors, and relevant regulatory developments to continuously improve the areas you own.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B marketplace, auction, or liquidation platforms
  • Background in financial operations, ERP systems, or reconciliation workflows
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tooling or risk management in payment ecosystems
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment workflows — especially where they intersect with payment triggers, dispute resolution, or operational reporting — is a strong bonus
  • History of improving payment-related KPIs through sustained product iteration
  • Experience supporting enterprise client migrations involving payment system changes
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and continuous delivery
  • AI fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools — including Claude and Claude Code — to accelerate discovery, requirements writing, data analysis, and day-to-day product workflows; treats AI as a core productivity layer, not an afterthought

B-Stock operates an online marketplace that connects retailers with small businesses, allowing them to buy overstock and returned items from large retailers and manufacturers through auctions. The platform lists lots with detailed itemized manifests for transparency, and provides seller support through a dedicated customer service team and an education center. Retailers pay a fee for each transaction, so the business earns revenue from high-volume auction activity. Differences from competitors include direct access to a broad range of brands’ overstock and returned inventory, transparent lot-level listings, and strong buyer support. The company’s goal is to help small businesses source affordable inventory from well-known brands, enabling them to offer familiar products at profitable margins while scaling its marketplace for more buyers and sellers.

B-Stock's Rob Iaria and Cam Rotsart named 2026 "Pros to Know" by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This recognition honors individuals whose achievements guide supply chain strategies for competitive advantage SAN MATEO, CA, March 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - B-Stock, the leading B2B recommerce platform and system of record for all resale, is pleased to announce that Rob Iaria, VP of Client Solutions and Logistics, and Cam Rotsart, Senior Strategic Account Manager, have been named recipients of the 2026 Pros to Know award. Iaria is being recognized as a Leader in Excellence for his outstanding contributions to the supply chain space, while Rotsart is being awarded the Rising Star, recognizing outstanding professionals under 40 who are helping shape the supply chain network through their achievements, hard work, and vision. "Both Rob and Cam have an exceptional understanding of the multifaceted challenges facing the world's largest retailers," said Marcus Shen, CEO of B-Stock. "Rob has been instrumental in designing solutions that address all of a customer's recommerce needs, while Cam has demonstrated how innovative thinking can transform enterprise resale operations. Their ability to work with the biggest, most complex organizations in retail and deliver measurable results is what sets them apart. Congratulations to both on this well-deserved recognition." Rob Iaria brings over 25 years of logistics expertise to his role as Vice President of Client Solutions and Logistics at B-Stock, where he leads the company's client-facing organization responsible for driving performance and growth for the world's largest retailers and brands. Iaria's standout achievement this past year was orchestrating B-Stock's expansion as the primary recommerce partner for a major national retailer. His leadership has driven the adoption of innovative transaction capabilities beyond traditional auctions and the development of analytics dashboards that provide retailers with critical recovery and performance metrics. Under Iaria's strategic direction, B-Stock has added nearly 50% in retail supply over the past two years, cementing his position as a leader in recommerce innovation. Cam Rotsart serves as Senior Strategic Account Manager, General Merchandise at B-Stock, for two of the nation's largest retailers. A key highlight for Rotsart in 2025 was transforming B-Stock's relationship with a major national retailer from a limited partnership managing select excess inventory since 2010 into a comprehensive B2B resale solution spanning all inventory flows. His ability to translate marketplace data into actionable supply chain strategies and transform enterprise-level resale operations has established him as a rising leader in the industry. "When it comes to overcoming supply chain disruption, this year's pack of supply chain leaders left no stone unturned," says Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. "From AI implementation and warehouse automation to last-mile accuracy and returns management, they innovated, developed and executed on all cylinders, providing solutions, technologies and processes that move product from Point A to Point B in a way that almost seems seamless. And every year, I am honored to celebrate these supply chain professionals." B-Stock is delighted to congratulate Rob Iaria and Cam Rotsart on this well-deserved recognition.
