Requirements
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related subject required
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial systems design, required
  • 5+ years SAP GRC and Atlassian Jira experience is required
  • Experience in at least one data analytics tool is required: e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI
  • Exposure to IT Application Controls (ITACs), report testing (IPEs) and familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs)
  • 5+ years change management and IT general controls experience
  • Ability to effectively work independently and across teams, functions, and departments
  • Actively strengthen intelligence gathering, and investigation SOPs
  • Ability use dashboarding to communicate insight in large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated experiences using SAP GRC Firefighter best practices
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily monitoring of security reports to identify issues and follow these issues to resolution
  • Prepare dashboards, flowcharts / presentations to capture business requirements / issues and solutions
  • Optimize the use of the existing ERP system and related integrations by quickly learning the functionality and limitations
  • Work on system enhancement requests from the business, ensuring that requirements are captured correctly, alternate solutions are analyzed, holistic test scenarios are obtained for testing changes, and appropriate approvals are gathered before moving changes to production. Be an intermediary between the end-users and technical consulting developers
  • Help support and document improving the existing system integrations between applications
  • Be a champion for SOX IT general controls (ITGC) in change management, logical access, and large-scale projects
  • Strive toward finding the right balance of meeting customer requirements and managing the systems at the right level of security and customization
  • Strong understanding of general accounting concepts including financial statement risks, and controls
  • Exposure to IT Application Controls (ITACs), report testing (IPEs) and familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information to senior management
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage competing priorities and workload
  • Recommend process improvements as necessary
  • Independently manage small to mid-size projects
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management team. Work with business and IT leadership, as needed, to make sure super users and administrators are partnering consistently to complete user access management objectives
