- Must have computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
- Manage dock and dispatch operations
- Coordinate schedules for drivers and freight handlers
- Ensure safety compliance
- Dispatch LTL loads
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
- Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
- Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred
