Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Seven years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or six years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies, and brand measurement.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies across communications planning, audio-visual, and digital teams.
  • Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and English to support client relationship management in this region.
Responsibilities
  • Map local market gaps to client objectives and build influential relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term joint strategies.
  • Leverage local data such as Kantar to develop analyses proving YouTube’s return on investment and capturing higher share of wallet against television competitors.
  • Consult as a subject matter expert to adapt creative tones, marketing claims, and sales narratives for high resonance within specific local markets.
  • Architect sophisticated media plans and connect clients with local creators and flagship events such as Brandcast to maximize brand engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign activation while validating impact against business objectives to reinforce growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Six years of experience managing executive-level relationships with customers or agency partners.
  • Two years of experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in communications strategy, media sales, or brand management.
  • Experience in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
  • Ability to maintain a proven track record of measurement led by proving return on investment to brand advertisers.
