Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR experience including 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a high growth - international company
  • Strong HR functional expertise; experience managing or partnering in all relevant areas of People Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and develop high potential talent and build strong, trusting teams at scale
  • People process optimization, PEO management, HR analytics, HRIS
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
  • Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
  • Effective project management, time management and organization skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a People Operations strategy that translates business and People Team objectives into clear policies and actionable processes
  • Lead a team managing Total Rewards, People Experience and Workplace Experience for a remote-first-hybrid, global, scaling organization of 750+ employees
  • Partner closely across the People Team departments including People Partners, Learning + Development, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) + Analytics, People Programs and Talent Acquisition to support a world class employee experience
  • Design and own the development, delivery and effectiveness of core global people processes across all touchpoints of the employee journey, including: on-boarding and off-boarding, immigration, PEO vendor management, compliance/policy management, global mobility
  • Direct a comprehensive Total Rewards system and partner to build our People Analytics functionality
  • Through partnership with internal stakeholders, leverage our systems including being our own best use case for Lattice, HRIS and other HR technology to minimize effort and maximize employee experience
  • Use data to guide your decision making, whether it's time saved automating a process or the ROI of delivering a great experience
  • Support organizational change management and other special projects as needed
