Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in governance, and controls, preferably with a focus on Policy development and management
  • A strong governance, controls, process and risk management background
  • Excellent written, and verbal skills; Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized, flexible
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
  • provide guidance to 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense regarding Policy requirements, interpretations, and compliance.
  • provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policy, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification. Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the compliance and reviews of Policy and all related documents.
  • engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements.
  • lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy and related documents.
  • coordinate with key stakeholders to roll-out timely communications, trainings, newsletters, etc.
