Job Description Summary
This Application Engineer II position reports to the manager of the Epic Technical Team. This team supports all Epic Client Systems Administration functions at MUSC including but not limited to all servers supporting Epic (printing, MyChart, Carelink, Care Everywhere, blob, BCA, Welcome, Interconnect). This team also manages Citrix Servers for Hyperspace, Hyperdrive Willow Ambulatory and local installations of Epic. Some other duties include managing lp setting for VIP used in the servers listed above. We work with the project management and application analysts to setup and maintain third party integrations with interconnect and FHIR.
This position may have remote work options. This position participates in call rotation.

Additional Job Description
Required Education/Skills/Work Experience:
A high school diploma and eight years directly related experience; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four to six years directly related experience required. Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
