Bulgarian startup Ora.pm has been acquired by U.S. productivity platform ClickUp. The acquisition, finalized in 2024 but announced in May 2025, involves integrating Ora.pm's team into ClickUp to develop new features and enterprise solutions. Ora.pm, founded in 2015, had over 180,000 registered users and 3,000 paid customers at its peak. Ora's platform will sunset in June 2026, with clients transitioning to ClickUp.
