Requirements
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution for systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in configuring, setting up, and implementing products, including providing advanced on-site training.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Windows 10 and networking, alongside excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues.
  • Technical proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Responsibilities
  • Independently perform complex troubleshooting, preventive, and emergency maintenance on Omnicell’s sophisticated electro-mechanical and automation solutions.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, manage parts inventory, and escalate product issues through support channels to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives as the Field Service representative, participate in various field projects, and regularly provide coaching and mentoring to peers.
  • Regularly communicate with director-level nursing and pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Document all service events meticulously according to Omnicell's policies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of FDA regulations for medical devices and Quality Management Systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.
  • Experience within a hospital environment.
