  • Support employee files and related documentation as it pertains to compliance
  • Continue building internal relationships with colleagues and internal teams
Responsibilities
  • Run all of the onboarding experience for new hires as well as Pre-start communication
  • Set up onboarding in ADP, Send out new hire documents, Schedule Onboarding Sessions, process I-9's and Employee Agreements
  • Work with IT on account & laptop creation
  • Maintain pre-hire tracker and separation trackers
  • Handle all Compliance
  • Partner with security to complete annual SOC Audit
