How you’ll contribute:

• Culture Ambassador
  • Represent our Core Values of Pioneer, Collaborate and Belong as team member and in all candidate interactions
• Interview Operations + Candidate Experience
  • Operate in our ATS Greenhouse to manage and maintain job postings, schedule interviews and perform pre-hire onboarding tasks.
  • With speed and accuracy, schedule interviews, book conference rooms, and, if necessary, arrange for candidate travel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Create a positive candidate experience ensuring clear and timely communication, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • When onsite, cultivate a warm and welcoming environment allowing candidates to feel confident and at their best ensuring they are tech enabled, have food and drink as desired, and opportunities for breaks.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and experience improvements that will drive consistency and satisfaction across all engagements candidates have with Kymera.
• Onboarding
  • Coordinate pre-employment background checks and references as needed.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure new hires have necessary resources, equipment and access to start their roles effectively.
  • Work with People Partner team to ensure new hire schedules are confirmed and communicated in advance of new hire starts.
• Employment Branding
  • Collaborate with TA and Communications team to create and monitor website content and other talent branding channels (such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor); organize and attend career fairs to increase Kymera’s brand recognition within the scientific/biotech community.

Skills and experience you’ll bring:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) with expert capabilities in Outlook, experience with ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus
• Highly detail oriented with excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to be onsite in Watertown, MA

NOTE: This is a contract position - the assignment will be for ~6 months and will begin ASAP.
