Requirements
  • 9+ years of professional experience working in design on casual mobile games
  • Experience creating successful features on a game with more than 1 million MAU
  • Professional experience effectively balancing in-game economies and IAP
  • Successful experience mentoring and leading a design department
  • Demonstrable experience in using data and analytics, and also guiding others to use them, in order to understand and meet both customer and company needs
  • Broad design expertise that includes new feature ideation, feature documentation, level design, and economy development
  • A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning
  • Positive attitude with a desire to be a driving force of a friendly, upbeat, and supportive development environment
Responsibilities
  • Generate effectively balanced economies that level-up monetization
  • Mentor other Designers in data-driven design approach
  • Be a relentless advocate for the customers
  • Respectfully discuss, review and refine designs with stakeholders
  • Be a leader in creating a positive, collaborative environment
  • Work with studio leadership to identify and guide implementation of successful IAP features in our Bubble Shooter, Solitaire Match 3, and Pyramid
