What We Do

Experienced title professional who will use their industry experience to implement products and services for our title agents.

Job Description Essential Functions

• Analyzes title agent’s processes to develop and implement title and escrow products and services
• Develops work instructions and training materials for offshore teams
• Provides input to management team to maximize production efficiencies
• Monitors performance, identifies and tracks trends, develops solutions, adjusts processes. Monitors accuracy of production site data to ensure minimum error rates are maintained and escalates concerns to management team.

Supervision Received or Extended

• Works independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation
• Work reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy
• Uses expertise of more experienced team members; leverages additional resources to confirm solution or explore customized applications

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

• Experience in multiple title production platforms desired
• 5+ years in the title industry preferred
• Experience as a Title Officer, Examiner or Policy/Commitment typist required
• High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop processes and influence change
• Ability to diagnose and analyze problems; identify and drive appropriate solutions
• Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Work from home
• Have high speed internet to use our secure VPN environment
• Have a dedicated space to work from home without background noise
• Be available to work full- time during business hours 

Pay Range: $51,400 – $89,500 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
