Business Value Services, Senior Manager
As a foundational member of the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will play a strategic role at the center of our company, working with customers to identify the operational, strategic, and financial impact that Moveworks AI technology can have on their organizations. In this highly visible role, you will be a key leader in helping grow our Business Value Services function, collaborating with sales teams on our largest and most strategic customers, engaging senior executives on their most top-of-mind challenges and opportunities, and building foundational assets to support our GTM strategy.

As we create our own category, there is no established formula for positioning and evaluating the impact of AI in the enterprise, which makes this role critical to demonstrate the value of our solution. We’re paving new ground, but by drawing on proven results and techniques.
We’re building a team that will thrive in a dynamic sales environment, laser-focused on consistently surpassing our revenue targets. To be successful, you’ll not only work closely with our founders and Sales leaders but also forge strong relationships with our Data Insights, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
This cross-functional collaboration will be key to scaling the Business Value Services function, demonstrating to customers a significant value opportunity, return on their investment, and engagement model that positions them for a long-lasting partnership with Moveworks.

What you will do
- Support sales cycles by leading strategic assessments with our most important customers to:
- Identify positive business outcomes that a company could realize leveraging Moveworks
- Identify value opportunities and the ROI impact Moveworks can deliver
- Establish a value realization plan and provide recommendations on how the company should execute
- Drive the growth strategy of our Business Value Services function, as we consider new ways the team may support our GTM motion
- Build, operationalize, and scale frameworks and assets to support value-based selling across our GTM motion, from pre-sale value identification through post-sale value realization
- Ensure our value messaging evolves with our product roadmap and scales with our growing team
- Establish feedback loops across the GTM team that allows us to continually iterate and improve on our value messaging
What you bring to the table
- A deep understanding of how big data and analytics can support SaaS sales cycles
- Excellent business case creation and analytical skills
- Strong financial modeling proficiency and business acumen
- Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex problems and communicate back solutions, recommendations, and concepts concisely and clearly
- An uncanny attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of working with senior executives
- Willingness to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback
- Comfortable and confident presenting new concepts to large audiences
- Willingness to travel 40% of the time visiting customers to run discovery sessions and present back findings and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
